Karl Gerber has been nominated for 2010 as a Southern California Super Lawyer which is a designation based upon other lawyers voting and then verification by Super Lawyer. Less than 5% of the attorneys nationwide achieve this status of receiving enough votes from other lawyers and judges to be designated a Super Lawyer.
In addition to celebrating 12 years at our Sherman Oaks location, on April 1, 2011 we signed a 3-year lease for a downtown Los Angeles office located at 611 Wilshire #1405, right in back of the downtown Los Angeles County library building. We also have an office in the Seabridge Marina in Oxnard, California.
Employment Lawyer's Group wins the appeal of Shaw v. Long's Drugs Court of Appeals, Case No. B222567 (Los Angeles County Super. Ct. No. BC396832) The case was remanded to the trial court 4-24-11 for further proceedings. Click here to view the Opinion. |
